How to Set Up You USA Swimming Account, Membership & Mobile App

USA SWIMMING ACCOUNT

USA Swimming has launched a new registration platform for all USA Swimming members. All USA Swimming members (athletes and non-athletes) will no longer register, or pay for, their USA Swimming membership through their individual team, but through their own individual USA Swimming accounts.

The old system of having a separate login for the USA Swimming website and DECK PASS will be eliminated.. Everyone will now have one username and password that will give you access to your new USA Swimming account. USA Swimming has also rolled out a new USA Swimming App that you will use on your phone, with the same login information, which can be used to see everything you will see on your computer. You can register, pay, and see your full deck pass all in the one app.

USA Swimming is discontinuing Deck Pass.  All users will need to create a new account in SWIMS 3.0 upon their first time accessing the system.  Your previous Deck Pass or USA Swimming.org credentials will not work.

All previous times and information on Deck Pass will now be available on your SWIMS 3.0 account.

The first step is to create a new account in SWIMS 3.0.  After you have created your account, you will need to apply for or renew your swimmers USA Swimming membership..

As part of the new USA Swimming Memberships, parents need to create their own 'Parent Account'. A 'Parent Account' is required BEFORE you attempt to register your children. It does not matter whether you are an Athlete or an Official, or neither of those, you MUST still have your 'Parent Account' before you can register your children. Children under the age of 16 are not able to register for their own account. The 'Parent Account' exists so that the parent can manage their children's information, registrations, and renewals. Once you create your parent account, you can add your children.

Below are the instructions for creating a new account in the SWIMS 3.0 portal.
